Processes
    Our production of handset casings include the following 3 key processes:
  • Tool and Mold: Mechanical designs for the handset casing and components are input into high precision tooling machines for the forming of the molds using blocks of steel.
  • Injection: Molds are mounted onto the plastic injection machines. The injection machines will be calibrated by the operators, taking into consideration specific temperature analyses that the injection process requires to optimize the injection machines.
  • Spray painting: Unpainted handset casings are introduced into the spray painting lines by a clamping device. The painting is carried out under an engineered environment to control the airflow, moisture and temperature.
