We consider our research and development activities critical to the continuing success of our business. Our research and development efforts are focused on the following areas:
- Production and processing techniques and technologies in the manufacturing process of molding, plastic injection of handset casing and spray painting to shorten production time, improve product quality and develop innovative ideas for the development of new handset products.
- Molding and tooling techniques to offer better flexibility to our customers and to reduce molding lead time, improve the lifespan of molds and maintain product quality.
- Equipment and production lines calibration and modification to cater to the specific needs and design of each production and to conduct maintenance of our equipment on an in-house basis in a timely manner, thereby enhancing our efficiency in the production process.
Our R&D team comprises a total of 49 engineers and technicians. We have made 6 applications for patents and we holds12 know-how which we intend to maintain in-house as our trade secrets.
