We emphasize quality and reliability in our manufacturing and assembly processes. In order to meet the high quality standards of our customers and to help minimize our re-works, our quality assurance procedures are carried out at various stages of the manufacturing and assembly processes, including incoming, in-process and outgoing stages. We establish quality assurance standards for individual customers and evaluate such standards on a continuous basis with our customers. Our quality assurance team has also implemented systematic defect-elimination procedures to the entire manufacturing and assembly processes to reduce defect rates in our products.

Incoming quality assurance
Our incoming quality control team, sourcing team and product evaluation team work together to inspect incoming raw materials and components used in our production processes.

In-process quality assurance inspection
Our in-process quality control team is responsible for quality assurance inspection at various stages within the handset casing manufacturing and spray painting processes. We perform first article inspection, or FIA, at the beginning of every shift to ensure that the first set of products manufactured at the beginning of the respective shift meets all the relevant quality standards before we begin mass production. Quality inspection and process assessments are also performed regularly to minimize the quality variance at various stages of the production process.

Outgoing quality assurance inspection
Finished products undergo outgoing quality assurance inspection before they are shipped to our customers. Products which do not meet our quality standards will be returned to our manufacturing facilities for reworks, and then subject again to the same outgoing quality assurance inspection. As part of our after-sales customer support services, we often follow up with periodic quality reviews with our customers, with a view towards improving the entire quality assurance procedures.

Our overall quality assurance system utilizes quality standards more stringent than those required by our customers. As a result, we have not experienced any significant recalls, reworks or repairs from our customers since our inception.
In recognition of our quality assurance systems, our facilities have received the ISO-9001:2000 certification for quality management system. We believe that our stringent quality assurance procedures have helped retain existing customers as well as attract new ones in the future.
