Our goal is to strengthen our competitive position in the development and production of handset casings, spray painting and the provision of assembly services and to pursue vertical integration for the expansion of our product offering to include other ancillary components to a handset module. We seek to combine low-cost production with advanced technology to achieve our objective while maintaining our strong profitability.

The key strategies we intend to implement in order to achieve this goal include the following:

Further strengthen our research and development capabilities
We intend to significantly increase our human and financial resources to enhance our research and development capacities by (i) introducing more new materials in the production of our handset components; (ii) developing and incorporating advanced production and processing techniques to further improve manufacturing efficiency; and (iii) further increasing production capacity of molds and extending the lifespan of molds.

Strengthen strategic relationships with current customers and develop business relationships with new customers
As we have been approved by the leading international OEMs together with the leading international handset brand vendors under stringent and rigorous qualification requirements. We are well-positioned to develop similar relationships with other leading brand name handset OEMs and brand vendors, as our relationships with current customers demonstrate our technological capabilities, cost competitiveness, quality of products and services and adequate production capacities.

Broaden product offerings and achieve vertical integration of production process
We intend to leverage on our experience and expertise in the manufacturing of precision components, for developing other ancillary components of mobile handsets in the foreseeable future. We would be able to add value to our customers and generate a multiplier effect on our revenue and create more revenue sources and to achieve further savings by optimizing the use of our production base to achieve a higher degree of cost-effectiveness through better utilization.

Improve cost structure and achieve cost reductions
We can achieve further savings by increasing our research and development efforts to achieve further optimization to our production processes to achieve a higher degree of cost-effectiveness. In addition, we have plans to consolidate our production facilities at a single location to reduce transportation time and costs. As the scale of our operations grows, we also expect to further benefit from our increased economy of scale and increase our bargaining power over raw material suppliers, thereby further reducing our products’ costs.
